The winning concept, The Low Line Commons, was conceived by PDP London architects, working with Macfarlane and Associates Landscape Architects, Greengage sustainability consultants and Studio 4215 environmental consultants.

The railway Arches are the characteristic of the Low Line therefore play an integral role in any design intervention of the streets.
The Arches offer a great selfsupporting structure and with extremely unique environmental performance parameters. These were integral to the environmental and architectural proposal of the scheme.
