The team's entry offers an overall environmental approach at all scales and tackles the fine balance between plot level, cluster level, and site level infrastructure.

The scheme aims to create a smart development and at the same time, 'infect' the smartness into existing Letchworth as a means of connecting its resources and maximizing its potential.
