A delightful live work play community based on a sequence of neighbourhoods, each
one with a distinct character, each one focused around its own community garden.
The environmental approach was focussed on achieving sensible, practical and specific environmental solutions at various levels.
from the masterplan to the cluster to individual units and all the way to facade responses to different orientations, the masterplan delivers a variety (hence a choice) of spaces to its users.
